Muth Jars are a beautiful replica of the old fashioned square honey jars designed by Charles Muth, one of the largest honey sellers in the 1800's. The Muth Jar was the first jar designed for the purpose of bottling Honey. Our customers enjoy the keepsake bottle.

Our Honey is hormone and pesticide free. Our Honey is bottled raw and un-pasteurized. We bottle our honey in a manner to keep shipping efficient and cost effective. Please note all honey crystallizes, but at different rates. Crystallized Honey is still good to eat, if you wish to return the honey to liquid, place the containers in warm water, not boiling water and the crystallized honey will return to liquid form.

We have two apiaries on the Homestead and one small High Mountain Apiary.

• Harvest: Under normal conditions we harvest our Honey the last week of July and the first week of September.
